What are the two ways I can engage?
Project outsourcing: international software and technology projects subcontracted to your team through trusted relationships, based on your capability, experience, certifications, and delivery capacity. Remote staff augmentation: your engineers support Western client teams while remaining on your payroll. This is staff augmentation, not permanent recruitment.
Is this permanent recruitment of my staff?
No. In the remote staff augmentation model your employees stay on your payroll and remain yours. They support Western client teams on a flexible basis. Westgate opens the door and governs the engagement; you keep your people.
Do you work with public sector opportunities?
Yes. Westgate works with international partners and clients who have access to technology opportunities in Western markets, including both public sector and private sector projects. Eligible suppliers who meet the required technical, compliance, financial, and delivery criteria can participate through subcontracting and delivery partnerships.
Do you help with proposals and bids?
Yes. Beyond making the introduction, we help craft compelling proposals that highlight your capabilities and fit, and we manage client engagement and negotiation on your behalf, including public sector bids and tenders. We stay alongside you from first introduction through to project delivery.
What is TalentedStaff.com, and is it your main offering?
No. TalentedStaff.com is one of the specialist platforms we use to support the remote staffing model, helping with supplier participation, resource visibility, and international engagement. It is a supporting platform, not the identity of Westgate. Our core offering is access to project outsourcing and remote staff augmentation opportunities.
What is EEP.Today?
EEP.Today is a product Westgate powers and operates remotely, built for companies that sponsor employees to the UK. It helps those sponsoring organisations manage their compliance obligations. It serves sponsoring employers, not Indian suppliers, and sits alongside our supplier work as a separate Westgate-run product.
Who can join as a supplier?
Technology service providers and delivery partners in India who can deliver full outsourced projects, remote roles, or both, and who meet readiness, compliance, and governance standards. We onboard organisations, not individual job seekers. See the

Are there any upfront fees or exclusivity?
There are no upfront fees to join, and we do not impose exclusivity on your business. The model is invite-led and governed, with clear SLAs and transparent allocation.
